Background and Summary:

Background: The Facilities Master Plan 2006-2010 identifies the need for a new middle

school in the North/Central area to absorb expected northern growth.

Summary: Signing a resolution will indicate proof that Gadsden I.S.D. needs to hold the

BLM Land Lease under "good faith".

Recommendation:

Approve and sign resolution.
