APA list of References Examples

APA 6th ed. List of Reference Examples ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR INSTRUCTOR!Visit The Purdue OWL () for more information on APA.Please note: Reference citations should be double-spaced when typing an actual References list, and citations should be ordered alphabetically by author (or article title if there is no author). A retrieval date is not necessary but may be included if material may change over time. For articles retrieved from databases, the database name is not required but may be included if felt needed or requested by the instructor. It is preferred that the URL of the home page of the magazine/newspaper/journal in which an article may be found be used, or use the home page URL of the database. Also, place the DOI (Digital Object Identifier) at the end of the reference entry instead of the URL (or database name) if a DOI has been provided.DatabasesBiography Reference CenterBeyoncé. (2011).
