About the Author

Dionne E. Anthon currently teaches a Technology & Communication course at Widener University Commonwealth Law School. She is also the Corporate Communications Manager at the Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Prior to her current positions, Professor Anthon taught legal research and writing at Florida International University College of Law for two years and at Widener University Commonwealth Law School for seven years. Professor Anthon has presented on citation, teaching, assessment, and technology topics at numerous regional and national conferences.

Professor Anthon graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor and a Production Editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law. After graduating from law school, Professor Anthon clerked for United States District Judge Christopher C. Conner of the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Before law school, Professor Anthon worked for six years in information technology consulting, primarily developing training materials and teaching consultants and clients the programming language for a business management software package. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
