We're making changes to some of our Everyday Banking Plans and Fees, effective July 1, 2022.

This information will help you understand these changes and how they apply to you.

We're making changes to the Students and Recent Graduates Discounted Banking Programs.

As of July 1, 2022, eligible full-time students and recent graduates1 will receive the Performance Plan for $0.00 per month or receive the Premium Plan for $13.05 per month.

If you are an existing BMO Student or Recent Graduate Banking customer, the changes are as follows:

? Customers in the Plus Plan will be migrated into the Performance Plan, with no monthly plan fee. With this upgrade, you will now be able to enjoy unlimited everyday banking transactions2 every month. For details on more features of the Performance Plan, visit banking.

? Customers in the Performance Plan will remain in the same plan, but the monthly plan fee going forward will be reduced from $6 to $0.

? Customers in the Premium Plan will remain in the same plan, but the monthly plan fee going forward will be reduced from $19.05 to $13.05.

Conditions 1 For the Students Discounted Banking Program, proof of registration or proof of expected program completion date is required at time of account opening. Program benefits will end in November of the year in which you are scheduled to graduate (maximum of four years). 7 The transfer fee is waived when the transaction is completed through an eligible account with

the Premium Plan or the Performance Plan in the BMO NewStart discounted banking program.

8 As with any wire transfer-like transaction, funds may be rejected, held, or delayed because of

incomplete or inaccurate information submitted; and for regulatory, legal, fraud, and/ or anti-

money laundering/ anti-terrorist financing screening processes. The timing of the deposit and

availability of funds by the recipient may vary with each receiving institution. These

circumstances and delays are outside of the control of BMO.

Agreements, Bank Plans and Fees for Everyday Banking

The following pages contain terms, conditions, and fees including banking agreements that apply to Personal Accounts at Bank of Montreal. You agree to the terms in the terms, conditions and fees in the following pages. These agreements are effective May 1, 2021, and replace all previous agreements you have with us.

You need to read and understand the agreements covering the services you have chosen. In these agreements, "you" and "your" mean each person who signed the application, and "we", "us", "our", "BMO" and "the Bank" mean Bank of Montreal.

The meanings given to terms defined in these agreements shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of such terms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. The term "including" means "including but not limited to", and the term "or" has, except where otherwise indicated, the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase "and/or".
