DonorView User Guide

The BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund provides secure, online access to your donor advised fund account through DonorView. Designed to be intuitive and user friendly, DonorView allows you to make online grant recommendations, research charities, and view account activity and information.

ACCESSING DONORVIEW To access DonorView, visit and select "Donor Login" on the upper right corner of the screen. Your User ID and temporary password are provided in your Welcome Letter. After entering your User ID and password, you will be directed back to the home screen, which will now include an additional link to Manage My Fund on the upper right side. Click this link to launch DonorView.

HOW TO RECOMMEND GRANTS ?? Start by clicking Recommend Grants on the menu bar ?? Search for qualified charities by name, EIN or location ?? Explore search results and view additional details on charities by clicking on the charity name ?? Select your desired charity by clicking on the charity name then clicking the Recommend a Grant button ?? Enter details on the grant amount, frequency and purpose, then click the Submit button (note: you can review and confirm

your grant on the next page) ?? Confirm and Submit your request by clicking the Submit Grant Recommendation button, or return to the previous page by

clicking the Edit button.
