Work Week: Sunday (12:00am) – Saturday (11:59pm).

Overtime Rate(s): 1.45 times the base rate for hours worked in excess of 8 per day and 40 per week. In California, an overtime rate of 2 times the base rate will apply for hours worked in excess of 12 per day.

Holiday Rate(s): Same as overtime rate for any holiday recognized by the Federal Government.

Shift Differentials: (Week Days) None. (Weekends) An additional 5% from, 5:00pm PST on Friday until 7:00am PST on Monday.

On-Call Rate(s): $10.00 per hour. Includes telephone consultation. Individual must remain within a 30-minute or 30-mile radius of facility.

Call Back Rate(s): Overtime rate applies once the individual is physically on-site. A minimum of two hours shall be given in the event of a call back.
