Coach calls out a body part and the players stop the ball and put the called out body part on the ball.Dribble Race around grid- Have the kids start in a spot then dribble around square grid/field racing then kick it in the pug for the finish. No VideoHand Tag- dribbles around and tries to tag each other. First have the coach be it. Red Light Green Light- stands at the end and yells green light the players start to go then yells red light and they must stop. If they don’t get it right make them move back 5 steps. Whoever crosses the line first wins. You can play until a few more cross. Cone Maze (Start video at 1:30 in) - lays out cones and the kids try to avoid the cones on the way to kicking the ball into the pug goal. You can use tall cones like for bowling or use regular cones. The idea is to not hit any cones then kick it into the goal. Part 2- Have the kids go pick up the cones and bring them back to you as fast as possible, so cone pickup. Bowling- tall cones in front of the pug goal. They get two kicks then go back in line. If you have a helper you could go to both goals. Set up two front cones and three back cones. PLAY- Small sided soccer gameScrimmage- players vs 3 players or 4v4.
