RECOMMENDED DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS AND GUIDELINES

(CIRCLED AREAS EMPHASIZE WHAT YOU INDICATED AS CURRENTLY DOING)

DRINK:

Water- Distilled water is a must. Drink 15-30 minutes before eating anything. Don’t drink during meals. Only drink 2-3 swallows immediately after a meal to cleanse the throat and mouth, also sip one 4 oz cup per ½ hour until the meal is digested.

▪ This allows proper digestion, as excessive fluids dilute digestive juices.

Between digestion time and next meal: (digestion times listed directly below)

Adults- at least one 4 oz cup per hour and preferably 1 per ½ hour.

Small Children- at least one 3 oz cup per hour and preferably per ½ hour.

COMBINE FOOD PROPERLY TO INSURE THE BEST DIGESTION AT MEALS:

Note: Foods in the following combinations, even if eaten in small quantity, will provide adequate protein needed to build the body to Optimal Health.

1. One kind of fruit with its peel and seeds. Digestion time: 1-2 hours*

2. 2 Green leafs (EXCLUDING HEAD/ICEBURG LETTUCE), starches and vegetables (you may season with herbs). Digestion time: 2 hours*

3. 2 Green leafs and animal product (you may season with herbs and the fruits listed). Digestion time: 3 hours*

*Digestion time depends on proper timing of fluid ingestion, as described above.

INSTRUCTIONS ON FOOD INGESTION

1. Swallow meat in small chunks. (do not chew well, nor eat ground meat)

2. Chew vegetables and fruits well. (to liquid state)

3. Do not combine fruits with anything. (eat them alone, one type at a time. Also eat the seeds), except you can eat splash/sprinkle on, a little of lemon, lime, pineapple, papaya and apple cider vinegar which helps digest animal products.

4. Do not combine carbohydrates (starches: rice, potatoes, bread, etc.) with animal products (beef, fish, foul, eggs, etc.)

5. Cook animal products to the least extent possible. Drain and trim fat off.

EAT:

Salads-fresh, raw green leafy vegetables, eliminate head lettuce (iceberg). Eat them before the rest of the meal. Eat 2 salads per day, at least 2 large leafs per meal.

70-80% Fresh, raw fruits and vegetables, minimum. Some lightly steam/vapor cooked, initially is ok. This includes starches, such as potatoes and corn. [1/3 raw, 1/3 lightly cooked, as a starting point] Healthiest, longest-lived people in the world eat this way.

10% maximum equivalent of 2 slices of whole grain bread per day .

20% Lightly cooked/raw animal products, maximum [1 in 5 meals] i.e. beef, fish, foul, eggs, etc. If you eat 3 meals per day-once per 2 days; If 3 meals and 2 snacks per day-once per day.

CALORIC INTAKE (Food that gives you Energy)

**Avoid, concentrated sugars such as honey, molasses, and fruit juice. Use only in extreme moderation. [basically, avoid using sweeteners of any kind] Also, eat dried fruits sparingly [they have highly concentrated sugars].

Note: Every 2 oz of fruit juice equals the juice of an apple or orange.

16oz = 8 fruits. Would you eat 8 oranges at one setting?
