Temporary IV Grad/Undergrad Students / Interns

ο-Proof of enrollment at Brazilian school

ο-Proof of financial means to pay for expenses when not being reimbursed

ο-Proof of international health insurance coverage

ο-Recent criminal background check from state police/FBI.

ο- Copy of birth or marriage certificate containing name of parents

INTERNS : ο-Contract detailing internship/trainee program, signed by the student, the Brazilian host company and the Brazilian educational institution overseeing the program.

Temporary V 90 day-Technical

ο- Notarized invitation letter from Brazilian Company containing CNPJ number, describing activities that will take place in Brazil and duration of stay

ο- Copy of birth or marriage certificate containing name of parents

Paid Speaker

ο-Organization/ committee letter stating activities and payment terms

Long-term Work (Permanent/Temporary V)

ο- Recent criminal background check from state police or FBI

ο- Copy of birth or marriage certificate containing name of parents

Temporary I Researcher

ο-Grant Contract from the Brazilian institution

ο-Copy of Government (MCT) authorization if research grant is NOT funded by CAPES/CNPq/FINEP/FAPESP/FAPERJ
