Numbers are recommended for the front. Dark- soled shoes which leave floor marks are not allowed.3-point shot will be used in all divisions if floor is marked.U14 & ABOVE DIVISIONS: may play any type of defense / may full court press as long as score is within 10 points.U10 & U12 DIVISONS: NO zone defense of any kind allowed. Full court press allowed in last two (2) minutes of the game only as long as score is within 10 points. No Double Team.Ball Size: U10 (Jr. Mini) Ball Size 5, U12 Boys & Girls, Size 5 (27.5) U14 - U18 Boys, Size 7 (29.5), U14 - U18 Girls, Size 6 (28.5)All teams will be guaranteed three games. FORFEITS ARE COUNTED AS A GAME.Game time is forfeit time.We will have two 18 minute halves with a running clock. Clock will stop for timeouts only. Half time will be three (3) minutes. During all championship games clock will stop during the last two (2) minutes of the game for al dead ball situations. If overtime occurs it will be 5:00 minutes running with the last 1 minute stop time for all dead ball situations.Substitution is allowed on dead ball situations only.Players are allowed five (5) fouls. Teams will shoot the bonus on the 7th team foul Teams are allowed 4 timeouts per game. Each team must supply their own warm-up balls.Roster changes will not be allowed after you have checked in at the registration table and picked up your team packet prior to your first scheduled game.Adult coaches (18 years or older) must accompany their teams to the locker room vicinity during games and at all other tournament activities.Daily admission will be $5.00 for adults, $3.00 senior citizens, $3.00 for grades 1 - 12, and free for ages 5 and under.U10 (Jr Mini) – 4 on 4 – Following Canada Basketball recommendations for U10 player development, game play will be 4 on 4. Registered teams must have 8 players on their rosters, and the minimum numbers of players that must participate to make an official game is 6.U10 (Jr Mini) Scoreboard – Scoreboard will be displayed only within 20 points differential. The running score will be kept by the game clock official in order to help ensure a fun and fair final tournament game for all U10 teams in a given division.
