ALICE DALTON HAS BEEN IN THE EMERGENCY CARE FIELD SINCE 1974, WHEN SHE STARTED AS AN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT NURSE, AND IS CURRENTLY THE DIRECTOR OF THE EMS DIVISION OF THE MOUNTAIN VIEW FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT IN LONGMONT, CO.

DANIEL LIMMER HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN EMS FOR 32 YEARS, IS A PARAMEDIC WITH KENNEBUNK FIRE RESCUE IN KENNEBUNK, MAINE, AND INSTRUCTS AT EASTERN MAINE COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

JOSEPH J. MISTOVICH IS THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS AND A PROFESSOR AT YOUNGSTOWN STATE UNIVERSITY IN YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO. HE HAS MORE THAN 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN EDUCATOR IN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
