Each of the Brain Gym movements are simple to do and provide an entry to a rich world of learning support. These learning-readiness movements can be easily incorporated into your life and classroom routine. Bring fun and educational movement into the classroom today!
In this active one-day course, participants will:
- learn the importance of movement for learning
- learn the 26 Brain Gym movements and how to incorporate them into your routine
- gain an understanding of the relationship of the Brain Gym movements to developmental patterns
Experience activities that assist with improved:
- whole body coordination
- eye-hand coordination
- listening skills
- reading skills
- writing skills
- visual tracking
