Judah Ministries International
Conference 2005
“Empowering Families Thru Praise & Worship”
Judah Ministries International
Three churches in Massachusetts founded Judah Ministries International (JMI) in the winter of 2000. On December 2, 2000, The Holy Tabernacle Church of Brockton (Brockton, MA.), The Holy Tabernacle Church of Randolph (Randolph, MA.) and Greater Faith Worship Center (Jamaica Plain, MA.) came together to discuss the establishment of a new fellowship for believers.
These leaders acknowledge that they had entered a new millennium that also brought with it a sense of urgency in regards to the work that God has assigned for them to do. They believed that God had given them a vision for such a time as this. That vision was to form a fellowship of churches and church related ministries who shared the same commitment to the service of the Lord.
After several meetings, many prayers, and much discussion it was decided that a new fellowship would be formed. A mission statement was developed and a name was chosen. “Ministries of Judah” was one of the first names selected from a list of many. This was eventually changed to Judah Ministries International and is the current name of this God ordained fellowship. Our first official meeting as a fellowship was held on June 3, 2001 at the Holy Tabernacle Church of Brockton.
The mission of JMI is to:
1. Establish a worldwide fellowship of believers in Christ Jesus, for the training of leaders, planting of churches, and the development of ministries, in the unity of the spirit.
2. Establish a body whose main purpose is to preach, teach, and make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.
3. Provide an organization that invokes a higher level of worship and praise of the Lord Jesus, with excellence in the new millennium.
4. Organize and implement ministries that meet the needs of the whole man
This Fellowship is open to any Christian church or ministry/organization who shares the same vision and mission of JMI.
JMI is governed by a Governing Board:
5. Bishop F. J. Wilson, Greater Faith Worship Center, Jamaica Plain, MA, Presiding Prelate
6. Bishop G. Warren Manigault, Holy Tabernacle Church of Brockton, Brockton MA, First Assistant Bishop
7. Pastor Catherine McCray-Manigault, Holy Tabernacle Church of Brockton, Brockton MA
8. Pastor Ruth e Wilson, Greater Faith Worship Center, Jamaica Plain MA
9. Pastor G. E. Coleman, House of Judah Christian Center, Newport News VA
Presiding Prelates of JMI:
Bishop G. W. Manigault, II, Holy Tabernacle Church of Brockton – July 2001 – July 2003
Bishop F. J. Wilson, Greater Faith Worship Center – July 2003 – Present.
JMI has grown from 3 churches in 2001 to 14 churches in 2005. God has greatly blessed us over these years and we are expecting even greater things in the years to come.

Evangelist Washington is an ordained minister of the Greater St. Stephen United Church of God, Inc, in Brooklyn, New York, under the pastorate of Bishop Marvin D. Williams. She is the daughter of Bishop Marvin and Mother Callie Williams. At the tender age of 8, she began assisting her father and mentor in his Evangelistic ministry. During this time, she developed the ability to direct the choir, and a precious gift to sing to the glory of God. She continued in this capacity until her father accepted the Pastoral call.
After 34 years of service, she continues to work with the youth and the music sector of the ministry. She enjoys composing and singing spiritual songs, and has co-written over 40 songs. She is the Executive Vice President and co-founder of the newly independent record company “21-12 Entertainment.” She is the President and Music Coordinator of the Conference Choir. She also co-produced and was featured on the renowned “No Doubt” CD with The Conference Choir. She is an Assistant State Representative of the New York Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America.
Evangelist Washington accepted the call to the ministry when she realized she had “A Charge To Keep.” Her early biblical teachings aided her in her studies at the St. Stephen Bible Institute, under the tutelage of Rev. Joyce DeCosta. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Theology from the Bethel Bible Institute. Under the auspices of Bishop Marvin D. Williams, she is CEO and founder of the C.F.W. Ministries; and the District Evangelist of the Eagle District of the United Church of God; and the Apostolic Aid and Administrator to the Most Reverend Marvin D. Williams, Presiding Bishop of the United Church of God of America.
Evangelist Washington is the wife of Rev. Matthew Washington of 19 years. She is the mother of one beautiful and multi-talented daughter, Martia Celeste. She especially enjoys ministering with her husband, and looks forward to their continued growth in the ministry. Elder Jeremy Shane Perry
Los Angeles, CA.
Elder Jeremy Shane Perry was born in Birmingham, Alabama March 24, 1975. He was saved in 1982 at the age of seven, and accepted his call to ministry in 1994 at the age of nineteen. In the same year he received the Baptism in the Holy Ghost; this proved to be a crucial turning point in his life. After a tent revival experience he soon left the Southern Baptist Church of his childhood and became a member of East Birmingham COGIC under the leadership of Bishop Peter Wren SR. Elder Perry served full time in the membership department, and also as district evangelist.
Elder Perry then joined the U.S. Army and served in the Germany Jurisdiction under the leadership of Superintendent Arlee Robinson. His duties included district evangelist, adjutant, and district and local praise and worship leader. He then received orders to California where he served under the late Bishop Nathaniel Jones, Jr. at Barstow COGIC. He worked as an evangelist and personal adjutant to the Bishop.
At the end of his military service Elder Perry met and married Sister Andrea L. Phillips a member of the U.S. Airforce. At this time he attended Victorville COGIC under Superintendent Roger Thomas, and served as a full time evangelist and adjutant.
After faithful service and prayerfully seeking God, Elder Perry founded Abundant Blessings Church in Lancaster California. He also served as the director of Moving in God Ministries, a fellowship of local churches. Elder Perry also had the opportunity to serve as the interim Pastor of Another Level Ministries in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Elder Perry served briefly as a member of Second Advent COGIC in Omaha, Nebraska under Bishop J.O. Ford where he served as the personal (ecclesiastical) adjutant to the Bishop and as a full time evangelist. He and Sister Perry now reside in Los Angeles, CA. They have one Beautiful daughter Arianna.

FINAL REMARKS & BLESSING JMI Bishops and Pastors
Bishop F. J. Wilson
Greater Faith Worship Center
Boston, MA
Frederick J. Wilson, a native of Boston, Massachusetts, heeded to the voice of God after an initial struggle with the call on his life. He was ordained in 1982 under the tutelage of the late Bishop Joe L. Smith. He and his wife, Rev. Ruth E. Wilson, are the proud parents of two children, Rochelle Wilson-Goggans and Shelton Frederick Wilson. They are the grandparents of Brianna Wilson and Shelton Wilson Jr.
Pastor Wilson formally prepared himself for his calling and received the Master Degree in Religious Education from the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 1984. He officially founded the Greater Faith Worship Center in 1990, where he and his wife are the pastors. The church is currently located in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts and will soon be located at the Greater Faith Worship Center Campus, 21 Chapel Road, Hyde Park, MA.
He seeks every opportunity to broaden his theological study and even recently completed coursework at the Newton-Andover Theological Institute and the Massasoit Community College in Massachusetts. Putting the formalities and credentials aside, Pastor Wilson is truly an anointed man of God. His personal commitment to the Lord and diligent pursuit to know God and His thoughts are displayed in his very fabric which is woven with and in God’s Word. God has given him a prophetic, Bible-based, preaching, teaching, deliverance, and healing ministry that nurtures people’s spiritual and natural well being and development. There are countless testimonies of healing and deliverance from ravaged lifestyles that ring out from the congregation at Greater Faith.
With the birth of the new millennium, he along with fellow pastors founded the Judah Ministries International, a growing body of churches and organizations that spans across the United States and reaches beyond the mainland to Trinidad and Uganda. As decreed and prophesied, Pastor Wilson was consecrated to the office of bishop in July 2002. He currently serves as the Presiding Prelate Bishop of Judah Ministries International.
This anointed man of God has sold out to bring life and healing to all around him.
