Transferring Tickets

1. On your mobile device, visit . Once there, select Manage Tickets:

2. You will be brought to the Account Manager Sign In page. *Note you must use the e-mail address associated with the account to sign in.* After you enter your credentials, select SIGN IN:

3. After signing in, you will be brought to your Events window where you select the event to view/manage your tickets. If you only have one event, you can select View All:

4. The ticket screen shows the amount of tickets, View Barcode (if available), Ticket Details, and Transfer. To view other seat locations, swipe right or left. *If the barcodes are not ready a message advising when the barcodes can be viewed will appear* To transfer your tickets, tap Transfer:

5. On the Transfer Tickets screen, choose the seat(s) you wish to transfer and select Transfer. You can transfer multiple seats at a time. Seats do not have to be together or in the same row.

6. Enter the ticket recipient's details and select Transfer. A summary of the tickets to transfer is also on this screen:

7. A confirmation window will appear when the transfer is complete. Select Done to exit the Transfer.
