SUMMARY

1. State of Hawaii Public Utilities Commission Rules and Regulations to be Observed by Common and Contract Carriers of Property and/or Persons Governing the Form and Filing of Tariffs and Schedules, Rules Governing the Payment of Rates and Charges, and Rules for the Handling of C.O.D. Shipments, General Order No. 4, is repealed.

2. Chapter 6-63, Hawaii Administrative Rules, entitled "Motor Carrier Tariffs and Schedules" is adopted.
