|Principal Accountabilities: |

| |

|To support the Head of Marketing and Admissions in the provision of a cutting-edge digital presence and innovative social media output that |

|communicates the College’s key messages in an innovative way. |

| |

| |

|Key Tasks: |

| |

|Website, Social Media and Content |

| |

|Design, develop and maintain the College’s website and associated micro sites. |

| |

|Plan and deliver an ongoing schedule of social media content output, including videos, photos and graphics. |

| |

|Monitor social media sites and respond to queries. |

| |

|Deliver social media training across the College as required, producing training material to support this. |

| |

|Prepare website and social media reports, information and briefings for the Head of Marketing and Admissions. |

| |

|Lead on filming and photography projects, working with external agencies where appropriate. |

| |

| |

|Marketing Campaigns and Research |

| |

|Research, develop and deploy any new technologies appropriate to the marketing of the College, both web and social media based. |

| |

|Plan, execute and lead on digital marketing campaigns in line with the College calendar and Marketing activities. |

| |

|Assist with market research projects if required through the College website, student intranet, online questionnaires or social media sites. |

| |

| |

|Publicity and Promotion |

| |

|Support the Marketing and Events Coordinators in the planning and delivery of College wide events, such as College Open Evenings, Student Awards Events|

|and Graduation Ceremonies. |

| |

|Proof reading College publications to ensure accuracy and consistency. |

| |

| |

|Special Features: |

| |

|The post is based at the Balliol Road site but has responsibility for managing marketing |

|across all sites of the College; and so this role may involve some travel between sites. |

| |

|Supporting the successful delivery of key events eg Open Events, Interview Evenings, may at times |

|involve working outside normal office hours (including evening and weekend work) and some |

|limitations on when leave can be taken. |

| |
