The enclosed portfolio of properties is being marketed for sale or assignment. To facilitate interest in the portfolio, JLL Disposition Services has created a dedicated web site for easy access of property information. JLL Disposition Services is a real estate advisor for Sears Holdings.

The properties are former Sears department stores, Kmart stores, Auto Centers and vacant land located throughout the US.
