The enclosed portfolio of properties is being marketed for sale or assignment. To facilitate interest in the portfolio, JLL Disposition Services has created a dedicated web site for easy access of property information. JLL Disposition Services is a real estate advisor for Sears Holdings.

The properties are former Sears department stores, Kmart stores, Auto Centers and vacant land located throughout the US. The properties may be acquired as individual assets, as a sub-group of properties or as an entire portfolio. The assets are vacant except for nine properties that are subleased to third parties.
