HINT: If you cannot see the Illustrations Group, open the Insert Tab, select the Shapes drop down arrow.

This is the Ready-Made Shape tool.

Drop down the shapes menu, select the style category. Then select the shape you want. Click the shape and place where required.

HINT: Once you have created one right triangle, copy and paste for equal size. Use the Format AutoShape dialog box or Shapes Styles Group to change the appearance of objects.

HINT: Turn the second triangle upside down and use the arrow keys to nudge it into place on top of the first one.
