MANAGING IMAGES Uploading images in bulk 1. Go to Products > Manage Images 2. You will see the list of SKUs that you have created 3. Drag and drop images for each SKU from your file location to the image space

BULK PRODUCT UPDATE

1. Products > Import products > download the relevant template (either STOCK or PRICE update)

2. It will automatically download the file (.csv format) to your downloads folder. There are two ways to use the file: ? As .csv file, download the free software Apache Open Office to open and easily edit the columns. ? As .xls file, separate columns using text to column function if you are more comfortable using Microsoft Excel

CONVERTING TO EXCEL Separating columns in .xls format

1. Open file with excel format 2. Select entire first column. Click on

"Data > Text to Columns" 3. Check "Delimited > Next" 4. Check "Tab, Semicolon and

Comma" 5. Click Next and Finish

If you are using a Mac, it might be worth to downloading an app to convert the file automatically e.g.: CSV Converter available on

the Apple Store

If the previous steps do not work, you could also play with your

computer settings:

1. Go to Control Panel 2. Click on "Region and Language"

3. Click on "Additional settings"

4. Set up your list separator with ";" and click "Apply"

5. Try to download the file again and open it
