Grunt Style LLC Wholesale Policy Grunt Style LLC has determined that its interests are best served through the adoption of a Wholesale policy. This policy has been unilaterally adopted by Grunt Style LLC and will be uniformly enforced.

Wholesale/Reseller Returns

For any reason if the vendor needs to return any damaged goods for any reason, we completely encourage you to do so. To do so the reseller must ship the goods back to Grunt Style LLC with proper description of the goods and the reason for the return. No money will be returned to the wholesaler for the returned goods, but a credit to the account of the wholesaler will be given. The return shipping will be also paid by the reseller. Please contact Grunt Style LLC via phone (877-55-GRUNT) or by email (wholesale@) prior to shipping the return/exchanged goods.

Reasons for returning goods and products from Grunt Style can include: Damaged goods while in possession of the reseller and moving inventory for an exchange.

If the goods were damaged while in shipment from Grunt Style LLC to the reseller, the reseller has 7 days to inspect and notify Grunt Style LLC to make a complaint. When a complaint is made within those 7 days, the reseller is NOT responsible for the shipping if the claim is found to be true. Reasons for a good complaint can be because of Grunt Style LLC error or the shipping company error (UPS or FedEx). If the reseller used their own account to ship Grunt Style products to their store, then the shipping complaint is the responsibility of the reseller and the shipping company, not Grunt Style LLC.

Image, Signage and POP Material Uses

The reseller is responsible for using all images, signage and POP material appropriately and with reasonable respect. If Grunt Style LLC does not find the reseller using such materials respectfully and appropriately, we reserve the right to cancel your account and take other such actions.

Policy Modifications

Grunt Style LLC reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Wholesale policy in whole or in part or designate promotional periods during which the terms of the policy change or designate periods of time during which the policy is not applicable. Policy modifications shall be made available on the Grunt Style LLC website at .

Unilateral Action

In the best interests of Grunt Style LLC and the relationships established with Authorized resellers Grunt Style LLC has determined, that the Reseller agree to all terms of the Wholesale program offered by Grunt Style LLC. Unilateral action will be taken if there is a breach in any of the policies forthwith. With recommendation of the Account Manager Grunt Style LLC may terminate its relationship at any time.
