CHOCOLATE CHIFFON CAKE

Mix 1 cup of flour with the sugar, salt, oil and yeast in a large bowl. Add warm water. Mix for one minute using an electric mixer. Add raisins. Stir in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Knead about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Roll into rectangle 18” x 9”. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mix. ................
