Thebus.mobi Quick Start GuideThebus.mobi is an interactive site designed for both mobile and desktop devices to assist our Fixed Route, Shuttle, and Paratransit riders with getting up to the minute bus information. With this site, you can get scheduled and estimated arrival info, see live maps with stop and bus information, and sign up to receive notifications for certain scenarios. Fixed Route/ShuttleSelect your location from the list, then you can select a route, or use the Find Closest Stops option to find the 3 closest stops (and their route) to your physical location. On the route select screen, you can select a specific route to view the stops, search for a stop by name, or view a map of all routes to see where your bus currently is.Once you have selected a route, select your desired stop, and you will see a list of upcoming vehicles that will service that route, their scheduled departure time, and their estimated time depending on their location and performance on the route.Select an upcoming vehicle to see the scheduled and estimated time, and a list of upcoming stops on the route and their estimated times. You can also view a map of the route, which includes all stops and their times, and the location of the bus which moves along the route on the screen as it drives the route.ParatransitSelect your location from the list, enter your Client ID/User number, and you will be taken to a screen to see Today and Tomorrow’s trips. Select one to view your trips for that particular day.On your Trips screen, you will see the scheduled time for pickup (and estimated time if within 90 minutes of arrival) as well as the dropoff location (and estimated time if within 90 minutes). If your provider allows for mobile trip cancellation, you will see an option to cancel the trip on the screen (if within the cancellation range). You will also see a map option to see the location of your pickups/drop-offs, and the vehicle as it travels to your location (once a vehicle for the trip has been assigned).Menu OptionsOnce you have selected a location, you can click on the Menu button (top right corner) for:FAQ – Coming SoonOptions (where you can see hours of operation, division phone number, sign up for notifications, view the user guide, etc.)Remember Me – Remember your selected location on your device ................
