planning, monitoring and evaluationProducing timely and fully costed proposals, ensuring they are sustainable in the long term; five year forecasting, banking, cash management and accountingTo have experience of line managing staffEnsure the academy complies with appropriate financial and Trust proceduresMonitor accounting procedures and resolve problems, ensure full management accounts are undertaken once a monthProvide detailed analysis and evaluation of data and produce detailed reports; academy data, absence returns, completion of statistical returns and incomes, pupil attendance and administrationProduce and respond to complex correspondenceManage complex administrative proceduresProvide organisational and complex advisory support to the Principal and Local Academy Committee on all aspects of academy business managementTo assist in the formulation of the academy development plan, academy evaluation and other strategic documentsTake an active role in co-ordinating and managing the relationships between the academy and outside agencies; Safeguarding, Welfare, School Nurse/ doctorAct as a point of contact with central and other agencies with regard to grant applications, gifts and other donationsDevelop relationships with suppliers to negotiate, manage and monitor contracts, tenders and agreements, using best value for the academy at all timesEffort DemandsTo be able to work on own initiative dealing with unanticipated problems;
