Strategic Healthcare Programs, LLC (SHP) awarded benchmarking and business intelligence GPO contract by
California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH)
As an advocate and resource for its California members, CAHSAH also serves as a group purchasing organization (GPO). CAHSAH has selected SHP to participate as its GPO benchmarking and data services vendor for reporting clinical, operational, financial and patient satisfaction performance.
In today’s business environment, it has become exceedingly important, from both a competitive and regulatory standpoint, to be able to optimize business performance through utilization of business intelligence services. CAHSAH members are interested in cost-effective technology solutions that provide perspective on past, current and emerging trends that are shaping the home care industry – to include but not limited to integrated analysis of financial performance, clinical outcomes, resource utilization, costs, patient satisfaction and operational characteristics.
SHP is a web-based provider of real-time data services, outcomes, benchmarking and patient satisfaction programs to Home Health, Private Duty, Hospice, Home Infusion, HME and other home care markets. Their mission is to help healthcare organizations improve performance through data utilization. Benchmarking capabilities are an investment for both the present and the future.

We expect this relationship to greatly increase agency efficiency as well as enhance their effectiveness.”
