Key Responsibilities Administration Offer administrative support to the Office of the Directorate. Produces high-quality agendas and other key paperwork / information packs for meetings to support the ELT as required. Attend and produce high-quality minutes for meetings as required and distributes as advised.Support the maintenance of contacts adding, updating and removing information as required, to ensure lists are continuously up to date.Undertake tasks to support the general running of the Office of the Directorate and to support other team members, as and when required.
