Solution : FOR IE9 and above Step 1: Delete the current Active-X files (CyberStock 300 & CS Order Entry Control (HLG)

a. Go to Tools > Manage Add-Ons

b. Select Downloaded Controls c. Double click on CS Order Management Control (HLIBECOS), CyberStock 300, csta

Control > Click on Remove Button

Step 2: Log on to ecTrade and download Active-X file again Download ecTrade again. Please refer to "Knowledge Centre >> ecTrade >> Install ecTrade".
