Guide to iSignthis Credit Card Registration and Verification

To help protect you from credit card fraud and identify theft Coinify employs a secure card registration process. We have created this guide to assist you completing the registration process with ease. If you are looking for specific

information about any of the steps, simply click the relevant page title from the table of contents below.

1. Before using your card you need to have the following prepared:

1. Before using your card you need to have the following prepared:

? You must have access to the email address you have used to sign up for your Trade account as you will receive an email with a link you need to follow in order

to verify the payment.

? Access to online, phone, mobile banking or the option to call your bank to get information about your card transactions. Your card will be charged 2 amounts

totalling the purchase amount and you need to be able to provide these 2 "secret" amounts during the process.

? Enough funds on your card to cover the amount you are purchasing bitcoins for.

? Your credit card must be issued in your name and have a billing address. Anonymous cards will not be accepted.

? A valid mobile phone number which can receive international incoming SMS.

? NB!: In some cases transactions are not instantly shown on your card statement and can take a couple of days to appear. Thus, your first transaction may not be instant. However, most banks will be able to inform you of any charges made to your card on the same day. We recommend you call your bank if you would like to speed up the process.

2. Create a buy order from your Coinify Trade account by choosing "Buy bitcoins with credit card".

? Log in to your Coinify Trade account as usual.

? Go to "Buy Bitcoin with credit card"

? Choose the amount you are buying for, the currency and enter your Bitcoin address. Please always make sure you have entered the correct address.

? Tick the box "Accept Terms".

? Click "Buy Bitcoins"

3. Enter your credit card payment details.

? After entering your credit card payment details, you will receive an email from iSignthis & Coinify. The purpose of this email is to notify you that your card is verifying and contains important information about how to successfully complete the registration process. Please make sure to read it through carefully.

? In the email you will also find a link which will take you back to the registration page in case you have closed it whilst waiting for the two secret amounts to appear on your card statement.

4. Enter the two secret amounts.

? Once you have clicked "Process Transaction", your card will be charged two secret amounts, which total your purchase amount. Let's say you have made an order for 60, an example for two secret amounts could be 49.09 and 10.91.

? Check your bank account transactions list through online, mobile or phone banking to obtain the two secret amounts.

? Go to your inbox, open the email from iSignthis & Coinify and follow the link to return to the registration page as shown in the image above.

? Enter the amounts exactly as they appear on your transaction list. You can enter the two amounts in any order. Note though, that using the two amounts in the currency you selected when making the order is preferable.

5. Register your mobile phone number and choose a PIN to authenticate your card transactions.

Registering your phone number is an important step as each buy order you make in the future using a credit card will need to be authenticated. To register your phone you have to enter a passcode you will receive via SMS.
