Patients should be aware that while homeopathics do not have side-effects such as those commonly associated with synthetic drugs, a "proving" may occur. A homeopathic "proving" may occur within the first 72 hours of taking the remedy. Provings are evidenced by a temporary worsening of symptoms caused by the action of the homeopathic and are generally mild in appearance. Provings may be determined by discontinuing the dosage. If symptoms do not lessen within 24 hours, it is not likely that they were caused by the homeopathic. It is natural for modest symptoms to be exhibited during the healing and cleansing of the body, but when symptoms grow in intensity or persist, consult a physician. ORDERING AND GENERAL INFORMATION

TO PLACE AN ORDER

Dr. Recommends products are available to healthcare professionals only. To establish an account with Mediral, complete a registration form and mail or fax to Mediral (registration may also be done online at mediral. com). Orders may be placed by calling 303-331-6161 or toll free 877-633-4725 (877-MEDIRAL), Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time). Orders may also be faxed to 303-355-4155, e-mailed to orderdesk@ or placed online at . There is no minimum order for stock items.

Mediral is pleased to accept most major credit cards as well as check or money order. Initial orders must be paid via credit card. CODs available with certified funds.

SHIPPING SERVICES

All orders will be shipped UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. US Postal Service (USPS) will be used for all orders shipped to Post Office boxes, and an additional handling fee of $10.25 will be added to the postage for orders sent via USPS. If you prefer another method, please specify when placing your order. Mediral also offers drop-ship services directly to your client for an additional $5.00.

RETURN POLICY

Quality is essential with every Dr. Recommends product. To ensure that quality is never compromised, all returned products are disposed of. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Mediral. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% disposal fee, and the balance of the return will be credited to your account or credit card. Returns must be made within 5 days of delivery, all items will be returned at the buyer's expense and must be pre-approved.

Due to the time and expense involved in the manufacturing of custom-made products, once an order is placed, custom formulas are neither cancellable, returnable nor refundable. Please, place your order carefully.

Due to variations in customs policies and procedures from one country to the next, Mediral does not replace, credit or refund orders shipped outside of the USA that may be detained, lost or damaged during transit.
