b. Where the special service is provided during normal work hours, the fee shall be based on the actual
time expended, but not less than one-half (1/2) hour.
c. Where the special service is provided as overtime between the hours of 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM on a
normal work day, the fee shall be based on the actual time expended but not less than one (1) hour at
the outside normal work hour rate.
d. Where the special service is provided outside the hours of 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM on a normal work day
or during any hours on a typical City day off, as provided in the City's current MOU, the fee shall be
based on the actual time expended but not less than four (4) hours at the outside normal work hour rate.
