? AB 123, McCarty. Increases access, rates, and teacher qualifications for California State Preschool Program (CSPP). Provides financial support for teachers to increase educational levels. Provides financial incentive for Transitional Kindergarten to operate full-day and have lower adult-child ratios and full-day.
