APPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE

YOU WILL NEED:

2 CUPS FLOUR

1 TSP BAKING SODA

1 CUP SUGAR

DASH OF SALT

1 TSP CINNAMON

¾ CUP OIL (OR SUBSTITUTE APPLESAUCE FOR A HEALTHIER CAKE)

2 EGGS

2 TSP VANILLA

½ CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS

3 CUPS OF SLICED PEELED APPLES

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES. MIX UP ALL INGREDIENTS. THE MIXTURE WILL BE THICK. PLACE IN A GREASED TUBE PAN. BAKE FOR ONE HOUR. COOL SLIGHTLY THEN POP CAKE UNTO CAKE RACK.
