Call To Order:

George Robinson, President, called the meeting to order at 7:11 pm.

Homeowner’s Comments: None

Kevin Paulus:

Lot 15: Kevin presented a preliminary plan for the board’s review. It includes a request for a 2 foot variance for an addition that will be in part of the 30 foot setback. The owners of Lot 23 have signed an agreement for the variance into the setback on their property. There were no other issues regarding height and the addition will match existing construction. When the plans for the septic system are ready, the complete plan will be presented for approval. It was moved to approve the variance into the setback. (*MSC)

Lot 92: Construction has begun but it doesn’t appear to be following the plans that were approved by the Board in 2005. Kevin has contacted to owners to see what is happening.

Lot 129: The paint on the garage door now appears to have faded and now matches the color approved by the Board.

Minutes:

MSC* Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of April 2, 2007 were reviewed and approved as presented.

Financial Report:

The Treasurer, Diana Callimanis, presented the financial reports for the month of April.

We have a Total Current Equity Position of $86,148.54. The financial reports were accepted as presented. The last of the remaining dues should be collected this week. There is a bill and report due to the Arizona Corporation Commission. Janis Sherick will see that Traci Riccitello completes the portion for the new statutory agent and that the reports and check are sent in.

Registrar’s Report:

Diane Frank presented the Registrar’s Report. The report was accepted as presented.

Neighborhood Watch Report:

Diane Bootes for Lisa Warneke: There were no new reports, but Diane will contact her about the need for a Neighborhood Watch meeting so it can be scheduled soon.

Landscaping and Sign Report:

George Robinson discussed the trimming with Lisa Warneke and it was decided to wait until after the summer rains and before the final road sealing to do the work. The new speed limit signs have been installed for less than expected.

Compliance Report:

There was a discussion about whether vegetation in washes should be replaced following construction. It was the Board’s feeling that it would be the responsibility of that lot owner to replace vegetation that was disturbed due to construction.

Architectural Report:

Diane Bootes reported that there was a structure being built on Lot 80 that may require board approval. George Robinson will inspect and send a letter requesting construction to stop if necessary.

Calendar Review: Diane Bootes

All items due to be addressed were reviewed, as follows:

Corporate dues need to be paid this month. The nominating committee for next fall’s elections to the Board should be formed in June.

Miscellaneous Business:

Newsletter: This should be sent next with the nominations.

Copies of the original Skyline Campbell Community Coalition agreement with WESTCOR documents will be kept by the Secretary for the reference of association members, but our Board accepts no responsibility to enforce those agreements.

George Robinson has discussed the wording of the request for dues from the Catalina Foothills Association and it will be made clear in future mailings that they are not responsible for the enforcement of our CC&R’s. Those remain the responsibility of our homeowner’s association.

Other:

George Robinson called for an Executive Session from 8:50 – 8:59 pm.
