REGISTRATION:

There is no registration fee for Space Grant associated students, faculty, and staff to attend this meeting. Please register for the meeting in advance by completing the form on the next page and sending it by email attachment to the NASA-Missouri Space Grant Consortium office (spaceg@mst.edu) by Friday, April 5th, 2013.

Lodging

A block of rooms for out-of-town students, faculty, and staff has been reserved at the Comfort Inn Suites in Rolla. Attendees requiring lodging will not need to make their own reservations, but should indicate rooming preferences on the form below. The Consortium will pay for student rooms directly and faculty/staff will need to pay for their rooms upon checkout. The Consortium will not pay for hotel incidental charges. Students who have requested lodging arrangements and do not stay at the hotel without canceling 72 hours in advance will be billed for their portion of the room charges. Group check-in at the hotel will be between 6:30-7:00 pm on Friday night.

Banquet

The Annual Spring Banquet will be held in the Comfort Inn Suites from 7:30-9:30 pm on Friday night. Each attendee is entitled to bring one guest to the banquet. For information regarding additional banquet guests, please contact the Consortium Manager, Dr. Stephen Haug, (sbhaug@mst.edu).

Travel

Travel mileage for out-of-town student drivers will be reimbursed by the Consortium by way of MS&T Travel Expense Vouchers, which will be provided at the end of the meeting. Note that the Consortium does not reimburse students for travel meals. In order to help keep meeting expenses to a minimum, please carpool when possible.

Presentations

MOSGC on-campus fellowship, scholarship, assistantship, and internship presenting students are expected to give individual technical presentations. NASA Field Research Center internship and academy students, engineering design team, and scientific research group students are expected to give poster presentations. The presentation format may be changed with the consent of the student’s faculty advisor and affiliate director, which must be provided to the Consortium Manager no later than the registration deadline.
