To send an incentive dispute follow this process: 1. After Signing into the Callidus Platform from Infostream you will land on the Sales Performance Home

page. 2. Click on Home (in the top left corner) and a drop down will open.

4. The Workflow main screen opens

5. Click on New Case

6. A drop down opens showing Dispute Management and Program Protection. Select Dispute Management.

7. The Dispute Management main screen opens

8. Select the Dealer Position from the drop down as shown. Notice the number matches the number (name) of this employee in the top right

9. Click on the name and the Dispute Management screens opens showing your dealer code and your name.

10. In the Dispute Details section start to add information a. Case Title (100 characters) ? Add in your title. We will add October incentive for Camry short $500 b. Category ? Select from i. New Vehicle Sales ? Lets select this one ii. Fleet Sales

c. Click Sub Category and a drop down opens with these choices: i. Monthly Retail Vehicle Program ? Let's select this one ii. Outstanding Incentive Program

d. Click on Program Period ? the drop down defaults to the last month but allows you to select the correct month that corresponds to your dispute program period. Let's select October 2016.

e. The next step is to add the affected VIN and Vehicle Registration date ? Let's add
