LIVER & GALLBLADDER CLEANSES
The liver has over 500 functions in the body, four important of which are: a) metabolizing toxins; b) metabolizing estrogen; c) metabolizing fats; and d) converting T4 (thyroxine hormone) from the thyroid into the five times more active T3 necessary for “apoptosis” or regenerating new cells in the body.
The liver can become overly burdened with too many toxins, too much estrogen, the wrong rancid fats (like the “low fat” rancid “unsaturated” vegetable oil consumption that mainstream medicine touts) and not enough T4 (the thyroid needs iodine in the diet to even produce T4 in which the 4 stands for 4 iodine molecules), especially if the diet is deficient in essential enzymes, minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, and amino acids. When this happens, an acid condition can arise creating the perfect breeding ground for parasites to reside in the liver. Mainstream medicine does not see the parasites because their equipment is antiquated. Their microscopes only magnify 10,000 times with bright field microscopes as opposed to 28,000 times with dark field microscopes. Also, they do not understand energy medicine and the importance of frequency nor do they have the frequencies of the myriad parasites that love to nest in the liver.
The liver is the main filtration device of the blood processing ¼ of the body’s blood at any given moment. When it becomes overly burdened, it will do its best to encapsulate its cesspool environment with “fibrin” and/or “gallstones”. In the body’s brilliance fibrin and/or gallstones are produced to sequester harmful toxins (which are always acidic) to prevent them from burning a hole through an organ or an artery. The toxicity of the liver can be so great, that a normal healthy 3 lb. liver can be constricted to the size of a golf ball with fibrin or increased in size up to 8 lbs. from gallstones, but most livers are toxic with a combination of fibrin and gallstones. Regarding fibrin, under autopsy a 20 year old liver will be less encased with fibrin than a 65 year old liver, so much so that the older liver is about 1/3 the size. Whether fibrin encapsulation, gallstone formation or a combination of both, it all restricts the liver’s ability to perform optimally.
Cleaning the liver every six months and learning about the liver-friendliness of coconut oil (yes, an almost 100% saturated fat) is paramount given the almost 100,000 manmade toxins as well as the extremely high estrogen levels found ubiquitously not only in our bodies but in our environment that we are exposed to daily.
Sources of toxins can be found at , however, it does not stop there. The FDA does not require processed foods to undergo lab analysis and list the harmful chemicals found in the food due to the manufacturing process such as hexane, a known carcinogen used in cleaning the super large vats. The FDA also does not require processed foods to list harmful excitatory amino acids such as MSG if they are less than 80% free glutamic acid such as the ingredient “natural flavors” (more information at ).
Sources of estrogen may be surprising. Other than fibrin being produced by the body to form scar tissue, the main source of fibrin in or around the liver, or any organ for that matter, is excess estrogen which can come from:
1) Tap water—when millions of women consume birth control and hormone replacement therapy, both of which contain estrogen, they urinate this out, it travels to the water treatment plants and the plants do not filter it out. As a result, the tap water has perpetually increasing amounts of estrogen. Currently, ocean waters are now approximately 4% estrogen.
2) Sugar – eating sugar not only robs you of important minerals such as chromium, manganese, cobalt, copper, zinc, and magnesium and disrupts the mineral ratios (e.g., mainstream medicine does not understand that minerals work in relation to one another; they tend to prescribe more calcium when in fact sugar causes excretion of vital calcium and this excess calcium becomes toxic if the calcium to phosphorus ratio is off), it also produces excess estrogen in the body.
3) Meat, Poultry and Dairy – 90% of the livestock animals in the U.S. have estrogen implants placed behind their ears by the “assembly-line factory farmers” in order to make their livestock fatter faster for decreased time to market and increased profit. Eating estrogen laden foods increases estrogen in the body.
4) Pesticides, herbicides and fungicides – a reason to eat organic vs. conventional fruits and vegetables is that conventional produce is sprayed with pesticides, herbicides and/or fungicides that contain xeno-estrogens, molecular look-alikes to the estrogen hormone, which can steal human receptor sites designed to attach only to real estrogen or real progesterone, leading to estrogen dominance in men and women.
5) Improperly Combined Foods – when foods are improperly combined, the body is unable to digest the meal and goes into acute metabolic acidosis increasing estrogen in the body. The rule of thumb on properly combining foods is: fruit always by itself; proteins with vegetables or starches with vegetables are fine, but never combine proteins with starches. Steak with potatoes, turkey with bread, fish with rice, chicken with pasta, etc. simply do not digest and result in increased estrogen.
6) Overeating – too much food in the stomach strangulates the internal lining of the stomach preventing gastrin, hydrochloric acid and pepsin from being properly secreted and hence acute metabolic acidosis can ensue once again creating more estrogen. The stomach normally can fit about a handful of food and so 6 small meals a day vs. 3 large ones is much better.
7) Plastic - plastic bottles, containers, bags and other items contain phthalate and/or bisphenol A, known as xeno-estrogens, which can off-gas as detected by VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) readers (they cost about $3000).
8) Parabens – methylparabens, propylparabens, butylparabens, and any other parabens are xeno-estrogens which lead to estrogen dominance.
9) Lack of progesterone – excess estrogen can also come from extremely low levels of progesterone since they both attach to the exact same receptor site in the body. Progesterone is a hormone that requires saturated fat for the body to manufacture and the best saturated fat showing results of increased progesterone in the body is coconut oil.
The heavy liver and gallbladder cleanse is outlined below; however, it is important to clean out the bowel and the kidneys to mitigate nausea during the liver cleanse.
The liver is the most vascular organ of the body processing or filtering ¼ of the body’s blood at any given moment. Cleansing the bowel is important before cleansing the liver because the liver is connected to the transverse colon via the portal vein. Hence, a dirty colon = a dirty liver. A dirty liver = dirty blood. Dirty blood = less oxygen in the blood. Less oxygen = less cell repair setting up an environment for “dis-ease”.
The liver and kidneys are the two major blood filtering organs in the body. Cleaning the bowel and kidneys before the liver cleanse will mitigate nausea during the liver cleanse with a fast of water, green organic vegetable juices, ionic minerals and organic granny smith apples (not juiced) with the liver cleanse taking place on the 4th day. The green juices should not be sweet at all, although you can add small amounts of organic beets (a sweet root vegetable), one of the few sources of ellagic acid that helps the body remove the excess ammonia from eating too much meat or from parasites in the body dying off. The body can build up an excess of ammonia because the liver is unable convert the excess into urea for elimination. Granny smith apples are lower in sugar than most other apples, but their high fiber content coupled with their cleansing ability is excellent for the intestinal tract if eaten alone and not juiced. A colonic before and after a liver cleanse is recommended, especially if doing heavy green juice, oral chelation and/or electrolytic minerals that can chelate to the point of seeing black stool and/or liquids during the cleanse. The black coloration is toxic waste that is being pulled from the 100 trillion cells in the body and the colonic will ensure that most of these toxins are not resorbed through the intestinal wall only to be deposited somewhere else in the body.
Although this cleanse can remove several thousand gallstones from the liver, excess fibrin, which is a protein, can be quickly cleaned up in the body through the use of proteolytic enzymes also known as proteases. Raw foods and juices do contain proteases but unless you are growing your own food and harvesting it at the time of your meal, your raw food could easily be low in enzymes given today’s agribusiness of premature harvests, the use of gas retardants to delay ripening during trucking, exceedingly long storage times which can spawn mold, infertile soils, pesticides, impure irrigation water, etc. resulting in low enzyme content. Additionally, ~50% of enzymes are lost 30 minutes after a fruit or vegetable is harvested.

"Cleansing the liver of gallstones dramatically improves digestion, which is the basis of your whole health. You can expect your allergies to disappear, too, more with each cleanse you do! Incredibly, it also eliminates shoulder, upper arm, and upper back pain. You have more energy and increased sense of well being.
It is the job of the liver to make bile, 1 to 1.5 quarts in a day! The liver is full of tubes (biliary tubing) that deliver the bile to one large tube (the common bile duct). The gallbladder is attached to the common bile duct and acts as a storage reservoir. Eating fat or protein triggers the gallbladder to squeeze itself empty after about twenty minutes, and the stored bile finishes its trip down the common bile duct to the intestines.
For many persons, including children, the biliary tubing is choked with gallstones. Some develop allergies or hives but some have no symptoms. When the gallbladder is scanned or X-rayed nothing is seen. Typically, they are not in the gallbladder. Not only that, most are too small and not calcified, a prerequisite for visibility on an X-ray. There are over half a dozen varieties of gallstones, most of which have cholesterol crystals in them. They can be black, red, white, green or tan colored. The green ones get their color from being coated with bile. Notice in the picture (pg. 545) how many have imbedded unidentified objects. Are they fluke remains? Notice how many are shaped like corks with longitudinal grooves below the tops. We can visualize the blocked bile ducts from such shapes. Other stones are composites—made of many smaller ones—showing that they regrouped in the bile ducts some time after the last cleanse.
At the very center of each stone is found a clump of bacteria, according to scientists, suggesting a dead bit of parasite might have started the stone forming. As the stones grow and become more numerous the back pressure on the liver causes it to make less bile. Imagine the situation if your garden hose had marbles in it. Much less water would flow, which in turn would decrease the ability of the hose to squirt out the marbles.
With gallstones, much less cholesterol leaves the body, and cholesterol levels rise. Gallstones, being porous, can pick up all the bacteria, cysts, viruses and parasites that are passing through the liver. In this way "nests" of infection are formed, forever supplying the body with fresh bacteria. No stomach infection such as ulcers or intestinal bloating can be cured permanently without removing these gallstones from the liver. Cleanse your liver twice a year. LIVER-GALLBLADDER FLUSHES FOR HEAVY G/G#
Ingredients:
- Epsom Salts (4 Tablespoons)
- Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (1/2 cup)
- Fresh pink grapefruit (1 large grapefruit or 2 small; or 3 lemons if you don't like grapefruit)
- L-Ornithine (4-8 capsules needed to sleep)
- Water -Large Plastic Straw and Pint Jar
(Comment not from the author: You can substitute 3 cups freshly pressed grapefruit juice in place of the water for the Epsom Salt mixture (this way you will not have the unpleasant taste of Magnesium Sulphate)).
Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do without; they could prevent success. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such as cooked cereal with fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no butter or milk), baked potato or other vegetables with salt only. This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.
2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you could feel quite ill later. Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs. in 3 cups water (or grapefruit juice - you'll need to purchase more grapefruits if you are substituting) and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings, 3/4 cup each. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for convenience and taste only).
6:00 PM. Drink one serving (3/4 cup) of the ice cold Epsom salts. If you did not prepare this ahead of time, do it right now. You may also add 1/8 tsp. vitamin C powdered to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards or rinse your mouth. Get the olive and grapefruit out to warm up.
8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another 3/4 cup of Epsom salts. You haven't eaten since two o'clock, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime chores done. The timing is critical for success; don't be more than 10 minutes early or late.
9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 cup (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Squeeze the grapefruit by hand into the measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least 1/2 cup, more (up to 3/4 cup) is best. You may top it up with lemonade. Add this to the olive oil. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh grapefruit does this). Now visit the bathroom one or more times, even it makes you late for your ten o'clock drink. Don't be more than 15 minutes late.1
10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have mixed. Take 4 ornithine capsules with the first sips to make sure you will sleep through the night. Take 8 if you already suffer from insomnia. Drinking through a large plastic straw helps it go down easier. (Comment not from the author: the taste is challenging, but you can handle it). Take it to your bedside if you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (15 minutes for very elderly or weak persons). Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a train of stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep. You may fail to get stones out if you don't.
Next morning. Upon awakening take your third dose of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed. Don't take this potion before 6:00 AM.
2 hours later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. Drink 3/4 cups of the mixture. You may go back to bed. After 2 more hours you may eat. Start with fresh fruit juice. Half an hour later eat fruit. One hour later you may eat regular food but keep it light. By supper you should feel recovered. How well did you do? Expect diarrhea in the morning. Use a flashlight to look for gallstones in the toilet with the bowel movement. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the cholesterol inside. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will need to total 2,000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently. The first cleanse may rid you of them for a few days, but as the stones from the rear travel forward, they give you the same symptoms again. You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you are ill. (Comment not from the author: I started passing chaff through normal bowel movements after my 4th colon cleansing fast, approximately after a total of 4x14= 56 days of total colon cleansing within 9 months. The chaff continued in normal bowel movements for 8 months! Thousands of tiny stones looked like small popcorn and small bee pollen granules, and others looked like moth wings. Sometime I would drop at one bowel movement 50-100 pea size stones that would float in the water. It was truly an experience. Almost daily for 8 months! When I did my first Dr. Clark's liver cleanse I immediately dropped over 200 pea size green and tan stones, and when I examined them I was shocked. They crushed in my fingers and what I found was pure fat, pure cholesterol. Can you imagine? Hundreds of them. Also in my second liver cleanse I had the same experience).
Sometimes, the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form into round stones. They appear as "chaff" floating on top of the toilet bowl water. It may be tan colored, harboring millions of tiny white crystals. Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging the stones.
How safe is the liver cleanse? It is very safe. My opinion is based on over 500 cases, including many persons in their seventies and eighties. None went to the hospital; none even reported pain. However it can make you feel quite ill for one or two days afterwards, although in every one of these cases the maintenance parasite program had been neglected. This is why the instructions direct you to complete the parasite and kidney rinse program first. This procedure contradicts many modern medical viewpoints. Gallstones are thought to be formed in the gallbladder, not the liver. They are thought to be few, not thousands. They are not linked to pains other than gallbladder attacks. It is easy to understand why this thought: by the time you have acute pain attacks, some stones are in the gallbladder, are big enough and sufficiently calcified to see on X-ray, and have caused inflammation there. When the gallbladder is removed the acute attacks are gone, but the bursitis and other pains and digestive problems remain. The truth is self-evident. People who have had their gallbladder removed surgically still get plenty of green, bile coated stones, and anyone who cares to dissect their stones can see that the concentric circles and crystals of cholesterol match textbook pictures of "gallstones" exactly."
