1 29-ounce can yams in water or light syrup. 1 15-ounce can sliced peaches in light syrup . 1/4 cup cashews or walnuts, broken into small pieces. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 8 x 8” baking dish with cooking spray. Open cans, drain juice. Lay yams side-by-side. Lay peaches over yams in baking dish. Sprinkle nuts over the top. ................
