Hohokam Junior College Athletic Conference League Fee Breakdown and Payment OptionsLeague Fee OverviewThe Athletic Advancement Association of America (AAAA) and the Hohokam Junior College Athletic Conference (HJCAC) is a federally and state recognized not for profit entity with a 501c3 (pending) designation. This designation allows for you or any person that assists you with this fee on their federal and state taxes to write off league fees in their entirety as a charitable donation each year. Being a non-profit that is not exclusively a part of a post graduate college means that we are fully self-funded in a partnership that we each participate in. The AAAA and HJCAC through private fundraising efforts and grant opportunities provides one half of the financial obligation needed to sustain and manage a league consisting of five teams throughout the State of Arizona. The other funding is shared by individual student-athletes that participate within the league. This is assessed in the form of a league fee that each player bears the responsibility of paying in order to participate. How Much is the League FeeThe league fee is either a one-time donation of $2,000.00 or a monthly reoccurring fee of $200.00 paid over twelve calendar months. The HJCAC understands and appreciates the financial hardships that each of us face. With that being said the league fee including tuition, fees, and books is still nearly $30,000.00 a year less expensive than several NAIA and NCAA institutions. Equally we have found that our costs are significantly below those charged at other NJCAA institutions. How is the League Fee PaidPayments are made directly through a PayPal portal found on the HJCAC website. All other payments must be paid directly to the HJCAC in person via cash or money order. What Does the League Fee CoverAs one can imagine playing community college football in a league is costly.
