Christine Anderson, age 37, presents to a family medicine clinic with concerns regarding concentration and memory problems. Her records indicate that 18 months ago she completed treatment for breast cancer. Her treatment included surgical lumpectomy to remove a tumor in her left breast and dissection of axillary lymph nodes, followed by eight cycles of chemotherapy. She is now receiving prophylactic treatment with an anti-estrogen medication.
