Abe Carlin was listed as a messenger in 1905 from Owasso Church, Owasso, I. T. and in 1916 from Roland Baptist Church, Roland, Ok. Apparently he was well respected because he was elected as Assistant Moderator both times. For the 1905 meeting he was appointed to the committee to prepare the Statement of Principles for the new association. ................
