0 to 12 Months.................Against Factory Workmanship and Material - Customer assuming 0% of part and labor expense under the terms of our

factory written warranty. Fluid fees, hazardous waste and shop materials are not included.

12 to 36 Months...............Customer assuming 0% of part expense and 0% of "in shop" labor expense. Customer assuming removal and

reinstallation expense (One time only of $300.00). Fluid fees, hazardous waste and shop materials are not included.

Excludes all external parts or internal components supplied directly from a manufacturer. Accurate Engines will not provide warranty labor on these parts. Accurate Engines will not pay for any gaskets or labor to replace gaskets if we did not install the gasket.

All warranty including any replacement of parts or labor must have prior written factory approval. We do not cover diagnostic charges. Commercial vehicles will have coverage for 6 months (parts only). Replaced parts must be returned with claim for credit. Any claim for labor allowances will be determined from hours listed on All Data Manufacturers Warranty Hours and are compensated at a factory approval rate of $55.00 per hour. No removal or reinstallation coverage will be provided when engine failure is caused by any of the circumstances listed in lines 5, 6, and 7. We will not cover removal and reinstallation labor when the engine is installed by the customer or an installing agent for the customer. A $69.00 fee is due annually to maintain this warranty, this fee allows Accurate Engine to engage R&R coverage when applicable (In the event the maintenance fee is unpaid, this warranty will expire). In the event of internal failure, Accurate Engine may request the engine be shipped back to the factory for correction. Warranty does not apply to failure resulting from accident, abuse, abnormal operation, failure to perform routine maintenance, or damages arising from inefficiency of parts (carburetor, distributor, radiator, water pump, air cleaner, etc.) All items not included in our engine assembly. All external parts or internal components supplied directly from the manufacturer will be warranted by the parts manufacturer, not Accurate Engines. Only OEM approved parts and equipment should be installed in your vehicle. High performance additions are not covered and may void warranty. Accurate Engines will not cover engine problems caused by overheating. A heat tab has been installed on every motor that will identify if a motor has been overheated. A dirty or improper installation voids the warranty. We always recommend the replacement of the plenum. We will not be responsible for the contamination if recommendation is ignored. This warranty will only become effective when invoice for assembly and related services are paid in full. No removal or reinstallation coverage with marine applications. No removal or reinstallation coverage in Class A Motor Homes. Oil and coolant leaks will be covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. The total of all benefits paid under this warranty shall not exceed the price you paid for the engine. This warranty shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of Michigan. All legal actions arising out of work performed by Accurate Engines, including claims arising under this warranty, shall be conducted only in courts located in City of Grandville, State of Michigan having subject matter jurisdiction. This choice of jurisdiction and venue is mandatory and not permissive, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation or trial in any jurisdiction or venue other than that specified herein.

All changes other than those specifically provided for in this warranty are the responsibility of the owner. Under no circumstances will Accurate Engines be responsible for oil, antifreeze, towing charges, telephone calls, freight, lost profits, lost time, loss of use, substitute transportation while unit is out of operation, or other consequential damages.

Seller makes no warranty of merchantability with respect to the goods sold under this agreement. The obligations assumed under this warranty are as specifically stated and are in lieu of all other obligations, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. By signing the buyer agrees that Accurate Engines will not be responsible for these charges.

Warranty is transferable from original purchaser up to 6 months after original purchase. A $199.00 transfer must be paid at time of transfer.

Customer hereby affirms knowledge and receipt of a copy of this agreement and understands all provisions pertaining to this warranty. The customer must keep all receipts for any warranty coverage.

Oil Change Procedure First Change: 500 miles - Oil and Filter Every 3 Months / 3,000 Miles Thereafter Use oil grade as recommended by vehicle manufacturer. Stick with the oil brand you start with.
