I. Overview

Thank you for purchasing access to Black Book’s myUsed Car for Android. Black Book continually responds to customer needs by developing applications for and delivering vehicle data on the most cutting-edge platforms used by our customers.

The myUsed Car for Android was developed to provide our users with yet another alternative to our pc, handheld, Internet, and printed products. This new app, available through the Android Market, resides on the Android device to maximize both speed and ease of use. Retail and industry qualified Automobile Dealer only versions are available; the latter incorporates Weekly™ and Daily™ value updates for the most timely and accurate insight available into the wholesale market.

myUsedCar features include: four market driven Black Book vehicle values for more than 19,000 vehicles spanning the last 15 model years, value adjustments for mileage and optional equipment, the ability to adjust values based on region or state, more than 90,000 VIN numbers for fast vehicle retrieval, and an easy to use drilldown capability for vehicle lookup.

Each type of device (cell phone, BlackBerry, iPhone, Smartphone, etc.) displays HTML controls (like dropdown lists) differently, so each device may look slightly different than another. And the operation of these controls may vary from device to device. Consult your device documentation for operating instructions for selecting from dropdown list, entering text or numbers into fields on the screen, and clicking buttons.

This document provides basic usage instructions for all capabilities of myUsed Car for Android;

images are shown with a default logo and color scheme. Important administration or customization

information is noted in appropriate sections.
