2019 Car Sales by Country

R34

Spain was the winner for year over year improvement in sales, up 7% led by local brand SEAT.

India was predicted to climb to 3rd place in car sales volume by 2025, however 2019 slumped 12%, and sent analysts back to the drawing board.

All countries are showing signs of cooling automotive markets after 10 years of growth trailing the 2009 recession.
