Terminal A

Proceed to the lower level and follow the Limo/Ground Transportation signs to exit the terminal. Walk across the crosswalk toward the limo parking lot.

Terminal B

Proceed to the lower level and follow the Limo/Ground Transportation signs to exit the terminal. Walk across the crosswalk to toward the yellow walled limo parking lot. Follow the purple signs to the Limo pick up area with in the parking garage. Your driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign.

Terminal C

After grabbing your luggage, proceed to the UPPER level. Exit the terminal and walk across the crosswalk toward the limo parking lot. Your driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign.

Terminal E (All International Arrivals)

Proceed to the lower level and follow the Limo/Ground Transportation signs to exit the terminal. Walk across the crosswalk to toward the limo parking lot. Your driver will be waiting for you with your name on a sign.

Main Terminal

Upon arrival, take escalator down to baggage claim level. Your driver will be waiting for you at the bottom of the escalator with a sign.

General Information

24 hours prior to your pick-up date/time, you will receive an email from us with the name of your driver and the contact number for the day of pick up

If you have not heard from your driver or have trouble locating them at the airport, please call the driver. If unable to reach the driver, please call the office at 774-602-0289

The information counter located on the baggage level at each airport/terminal can also provide assistance on locating the limo pick up area
