We aim to train thoughtful clinicians who can integrate specialty knowledge and skills in order to demonstrate advanced clinical decision-making. Maryville faculty will provide additional mentoring in areas of teaching, critical inquiry, and research.Residents will attain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and complete a research/data analysis project to meet eligibility requirements to sit for the ABPTS Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Specialist (CCS) exam.Residents will complete the APTA Clinical Instructor Credentialing Course.
