Payment Policy

All balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards and Care Credit. You may ask the receptionist for a Care Credit Application if you do not already have one. You also go to our website and fill out the Care Credit Application online.

If credit is needed, the Care Credit Application must be filled out and approved before the procedure is started. Care Credit is also accepted at most other Veterinary Clinics and Emergency Hospitals, where our after hours and weekend patients are referred to for treatment.

All emergency fees are due at the time of service. A deposit or low end of the estimate will be required at the time of admission for treatment. Balance is due when the pet is ready to go home.

Feel free to ask the receptionist any further questions about payment options.

Payment arrangements need to be pre-approved beforehand and made with the receptionist before treatment is started.

Failure to pay your balance in a timely manner will result in being sent to collection.

We have the right to refuse service.

Flea and Tick Policy

Prosser Animal Hospital is a flea and tick free zone. For the protection of our patients from infestation and diseases, We the Prosser Animal Hospital will treat all boarding, and in-clinic patients when fleas and/or ticks are present on your pet(s). We will call to let you know that we are needing to treat your pet to verify that you have or have not given your pet a flea and tick medication already.
