The Iowa Department of Public Safety is seeking men and women with exemplary personal ethics and superior physical and mental capabilities for challenging and rewarding careers as:
▪ Troopers
▪ State Patrol Officers (State Capitol Complex)
▪ Gaming Enforcement Officers (Riverboat Officers)
▪ Fire Inspectors
▪ Division of Narcotics Enforcement Special Agents
Applications are now being accepted for a fall 2005 academy. Applicants with current Iowa Law Enforcement Academy certification will be eligible for a shortened academy. The application deadline is May 1, 2005.
