Our Impact Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as foundations, endowments and select institutions. Our PWM teams work one-on-one with clients to advise on and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities, by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

Training & Development Our new full-time Private Wealth Advisors begin with a rigorous, 8-week training program in New York. Thereafter, new advisors work with established teams in an apprenticeship model. This on-the-job training helps new advisors develop the skills required to build a client base.

Americas Summer Associate Program Our 10-week Summer Associate program begins with three weeks of skill-building in New York, including topics such as effective business development, enhancing investment acumen and understanding our platform and strategies. You will then spend the next seven weeks in your regional office, rotating with teams to experience the role first-hand and to learn how we build our client franchise and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.
