This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, publishing and maintaining operational reports for a sales organization in a complex regulatory environment. Use your operational, analytical and communication skills to deliver reporting solutions and recommendations. Primary Responsibilities:

Directs claims administrator or insurer for general liability, property, automobile and other types of claims as needed Coordinates with the appropriate business unit associates to obtain additional claim information Builds, maintains, and manages relationships with claims adjusters, insurers, outside legal counsel, and other claims related parties Monitors existing claims and incidents Provides explanations of insurance coverage, as needed Provides recommendations on claim settlements and reserves Provides monthly reports of activity, status and financials on property/casualty and professional liability claims Identifies claims trends and collaborates on solutions Completes required external reporting requirements Other duties as assigned potentially including bookkeeping entries and claim system reconciliations
