Title Handling Instructions
Titles for vehicles loading out of Galveston can be hand delivered to CBP in Galveston, Houston or sent via courier to our agent in Galveston, Norton Lilly.

If the title is handed back to you (or your trucker) please send a copy of the validated title to Oceane Marine Shipping. If a copy of the validated title is not received this could prevent your vehicle from loading on the vessel.
A TWIC card is required for deliveries to Galveston. If you would like to deliver and do not have a TWIC card, you will be provided with an escort for a charge of $70 which will have to be paid with cash on site. Oceane Marine will not be responsible for this payment.
