Rc : Engagement of “Godown Keeper” by your branch.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer to your letter no. ABCD/HB/CTG/2012/0124 dated 02 January 2012, regarding the above. The Management of the Bank has been pleased to approve your proposal for engagement of Mr. Obaedul Kader, S/O. Md. Rahimul Hosain as Godown Keeper. The above engagement of the Godown Keeper shall be on casual basis on account of party named M/s. XXX Garments Ltd. On the following terms and conditions:

1. Such engagement shall be completely of temporary nature.

2. The engagement may be terminated at any time without any notice or notice pay.

3. The engagement shall be done for the specific Godown for a specific purpose only and shall stand terminated with the disposal of the goods, if not engaged for any other purpose.

4. Monthly-consolidated salary of a Godown Keeper should not exceed $500/- (five thousand) only. Fist salary will be borne by the clients.

5. A surety has to be obtained from him.

6. The Godown Keeper will have to furnish one character certificate & two good references.

7. The goods in the Godown should be periodically checked and controlled by the officials of the Branch. The services of the Godown Keeper should also be under constant supervision of the branch.

8. The engagement of Godown Keeper should be need-based. There should not be any surplus engagement.

9. His performance should be constantly monitored and evaluated.
